If your room is not ready before check-in time at 3 pm, or you want to make the most out of your departure day, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our electronic lockers (1-1.5€/hr depending on the size of your luggages) and use our facilities (restaurant, rooftop bar, etc.) .

Our bathrooms in private rooms only are equipped with: soap, shower gel and shampoo. We also provide towels and the hair dryer (upon request).
At Jo&Joe Roma hair dryers can be provided with a 20 EUR deposit.

In all JO&JOEs there is an age restriction of +18 years, also here in Vienna. However, there are exceptions if you are travelling with your family or a school/study/work group

(Max vehicle height accepted: 210 CM).
Our parking spots are limited and are subject to availability.
It is not possible to book them in advance.
Unfortunately we do not have a valet parking service.
